det finns dem som har det mycket värre och jag gillar inte att uttrycka mig så här.

Men mår verkligen inge vidare just nu.

Allt började för ca 3 veckor sedan då jag var till hälsocenttalen efter 3 nätter utan sömn pga att jag inte fick luft kunde knappt andas kändes det som. Blev undersökt och fick lämna prover. Undersökningen gick bra, lite dålig på utblåsningarna, men de var inge mer med de där och då. Proverna visade på något förhöjd sänka och att jag är allergisk mot gräs en sort vid namn timotej.
Fick allergi medecin utskrivet och luftvidgande vid behov. Tog medecin vid behov pga andningen och allt var bra igen.

Men i fredags började jag få ångest,  mådde illa, vart yrslig och kände mig helskum.

Skulle jobba på lördagen så tog medecin och la mig. Sov knappt mådde verkligen skit skumt. Jobbade mitt lördags dygn i hopp om att nån kunde byta av mig, tyvärr inte.
På söndagen åkte jag hem. Och la mig, vilade nån timme och mådde sedan lite bättre. 

Men sedan dess har jag mått dåligt i kroppen. Och har samma symtom ännu. Känner nästan som att jag har en influensa men som inte bryter ut.

Att ha tryck i huvudet och må dålig i övrigt är värst just nu.

När jag vänt mig till hc så har dem bett mig avvakta och att jag säkert bara har muskel spänningar. 

Men ska ringa dem imorn bitti igen och säga att jag inte mår bättre och att jag har varit hemma från jobbet ni med pga hur jag mår.  

Min ork är helt slut orkar inte göra något mer än hjälpa barnen med det vardagliga och laga mat. Tvätt å städ blir inget av just nu. 

Pluggande går bra, då får jag tänka på annat men blir lite trött och yrslig av böckerna å datorn. Men måste få det gjort. Lär bli klar med utbildningen nu till jul.
